How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
At Five Too Many LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your custom order. If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll work with you to make it right. We do offer exchanges on certain products! No returns on any merchandise that includes family or self-portraits! No returns on any merchandise that includes personal information! If you have a product with a quote, or design that can be restocked, we will do our best to accommodate your exchange. Thank you for shopping with us!
Return & Exchange Policy
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at huyfivetoomanyllc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. We'll provide you with instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us. Please note that shipping costs for returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
